Venison Tex-Mex Smokies

A perfect blend of spicy jalapenos and creamy avocado in this flavorful smokie recipe.

Cooking Time: 10 Minutes

Makes 6 Servings

Ingredients:

6 cheddar venison smokies

6 whole-wheat hot dog buns

½ avocado

½ red pepper chopped

2 tablespoons corn nuggets

½ cup sour cream

½ cup salsa

1 jalapeno pepper chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook smokies in over at 420 degrees for 15 minutes, poke holes to release steam.

  2. Add smokies and toppings to bun, serve.
