Edmonton Boat & Sportsmen’s Show 2026

By Keith Denoncourt

What an amazing experience !!! Working with Brody Teale and Troy Esau from Non Typical Nation TV was too cool !! Several outstanding adventures were shared, relived and then brought to life. From start to finish this team highlights key adventures that can easily be created, supported, then continually remembered at home with the Wildlife Artwork from Dave Booth Taxidermy. Never hesitate to give me a shout if I can help bring an adventure to life for you ! kadenoncourt@gmail.com

Before I went to the Edmonton Boat & Sportsmen’s Show 2026, one of my close friends asked me “If I was worried about competition ?”.The answer was definitely not. I find the Edmonton Sportsman Show a great place to learn from professionals, check out new equipment and ultimately explore new possibilities. Life is too short to sit at home, and this is great place to get motivated. I absolutely loved the booths, the other Outfitters and their adventures, but especially I valued the Presenters. Two Presenters that really stood out for me were Wes David from Fishing the Wild West TV, and Vanessa Harrop from Outdoor Quest TV. Both of these individuals I been very fortunate to have actively had real adventures with. Not only are they outstanding representatives of any form outdoor stewardship, they are great people who also willingly share this information with you. It even brought back cool memories of me learning from Vanessa as she was working on her Muskox hide, or me fishing with Wes at home. I have got so much to learn, that I value their leadership examples, and I do my very best to replicate that in the field. Even the first time I brought food to the orphanage was from the leadership examples of Outdoor Quest TV . That along with Brad Fenson and Scott Stirling are just few of my most valued mentors. Sportsman shows have a lot to offer everyone.

For myself, I got to relive and share so many great personal adventures right from the heart. Boris , Lezanne and Demetri Basso from Basso Safaris has treated myself, Brody and Amy exceptionally well! Together we shared multiple Non Typical Nation TV experiences and helped motivate several others to go. It was great to see peoples eyes when we shared how inexpensively we can make this South African happen. It was even better when several people expressed interest in the video and photography adventures we offer as well. Elephants, White Rhinos, National Parks and Private Game Reserves all can make that happen. I even could sincerely joke on how much easier it was to film a Muskox than to actually hunt one. Please do not get me wrong, Kevin McNeil and team, from CanadianWildlife Adventures, have an outstanding track records with Boone and Crockett levels hunts. I have personally been there for multiple Trophy levels harvests. I am just Blessed that I can share it all, plus help bring it back to life with the Wildlife Artwork from Dave Booth Taxidermy ! All Sportsman, from video and photography exporters to active hunting and fishing adventures, could benefit from attending.

The best thing about having a booth at the Edmonton Sportsman show was all of the support. Thank you to everyone who stopped in said hi, asked questions and even shared a story. Your support means more than you know. If I can ever help bring an adventure to life, or if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to give me shout at kadenoncourt@gmail.com .

Thank for you for respecting wildlife and for sponsoring a non-profit conservation organization !

Brody Teale, Amy Teale and Jackson were making this truly a family affair. Their interest and passion for the outdoors is very apparent and it carries forward into their everyday life. This is the exemplar of excellence in bringing your Wildlife Artwork to life with Dave Booth Taxidermy.

Sportsman helping Sportsman is clearly the message at the Sportsman Show. TJ Schwanky and Vanessa Harrop from Outdoor Quest TV are a wealth of experience and information. Their worldwide knowledge of international adventure hunting opportunities is unmatched. It is without any hesitation that I look to them for adventure advise. Vanessa Harrop was also a keynote speaker at this years Sportsman show. Her rise to becoming a very active and successful Hunter is inspiring ! I valued her presentation immensely and look forward to booking more adventure trips with her in the near future.

I was part of the Guiding Team with Kevin McNeil and Canadian Wildlife Adventures for this amazing Muskox. Reliving the Team dynamics of how this happened brought back several fond memories of Aylmer Lake Lodge. Bringing the true rugged nature of the far NWT for you to value was an incredible experience. The Wildlife Artwork from Dave Booth Taxidermy is unparalleled in excellence, and I am very proud to have helped play a role in bringing this adventure back to life.

Alex Dorval was one of the raffle winners for our Basso Safaris hunting Safaris. Together, our adventure will promote supporting our Canadian War Veterans. Thank you to all of those who purchased raffle tickets. Your support is very much appreciated and valued. Never hesitate to call if I can ever help bring your adventure to life (kadenoncourt@gmail.com) .

Bringing families together for outdoor adventures is truly the theme at a Sportsman show. It is with this involvement that we gain the appreciation to value the finer moments of life.

Special shout out to Lisa Denoncourt and Amy Teale for their constant support and attention to administrative details. Their supervision and guidance helps keep me focused with our adventures.

Ask me if I love my job ? Bringing your dreams to life is truly my pleasure. Never hesitate to call ( kadenoncourt@gmail.com) if there is anything that I can do to help bring your adventure to life ! If I do not have the answer, I know someone who does.
