Slave Lake, AB – 2025-08-21 – Non-Typical Nation is proud to announce the renewal of our partnership with Pure Passion Outfitting, a world-class outfitter based in Saskatchewan. This marks the fourth consecutive year of working alongside owner Nick Krill and his team, and we couldn’t be more excited about the opportunities ahead.
Over the past four years, Non-Typical Nation and Pure Passion Outfitting have shared some of our most memorable moments on camera—several big and beautiful Saskatchewan black bears, a few world-class waterfowl hunts, and monster sturgeon from the North Saskatchewan River. Together, we’ve created unforgettable television and digital content that has showcased just how special the Saskatchewan outdoors truly is.
Things have evolved for Pure Passion Outfitting. Nick sold his original location along with a portion of his black bear allocations and waterfowl rights. But with change comes new opportunity—Nick has secured allocations in prime Saskatchewan whitetail deer country, and will now be offering world-class whitetail hunts, in addition to black bear and waterfowl hunts.
Adding even more excitement, Pure Passion Outfitting has expanded beyond the prairies. Outside of hunting season, Nick is now running coastal fishing charters off Vancouver Island, giving outdoorsmen and women the chance to experience some of the best saltwater fishing Canada has to offer.
